Pet policy
- All pets must be approved prior to arrival to ensure suitability.
- Dogs are the only pets welcomed and only one please.
- The Blue Room is maintained as a pet-free guest room.
- Pets must be leashed when out of the guest room.
- Pets cannot be left alone in guest rooms and must be with their owners at all times.
- Pets must be clean, free of ticks or fleas and up-to-date with vaccinations.
- Owners should bring pet bedding & dishes; crates are welcomed; no pets permitted on the beds or furniture. Protective covers may be advisable “just in case”.
- Pet towels will be provided. A cleaning penalty may be assessed for rooms that require excessive cleaning due to stained bedspreads, carpets, bath towels etc.
- Guests must sign a statement upon arrival, agreeing to the above noted policies, to be responsible for any damage done by the pet and to absolve the innkeepers of any liability if the pet is injured on the property.
- Your pet must be well socialized as we have a B&B host dog
